Thom Pratt- Epique Realty, serving Ohio and West Virginia

Thom began his Real Estate Career in 2020 and in 2021 was the number one sales agent in Scott Depot WV by volume.  In 2022 the team Pratt Realty Group began to form with the addition of 2 Transaction Coordinators and is quickly expanding to add Buyers Agents and Listing Agents to the team.  Thom also serves as a Part Time Staff Pastor at Teays Valley Church of God where his wife Melissa is the Lead Pastor.  He also volunteers time as the Church Health Coach for WV Ministries of the Church of God where he coaches Pastors and Churches using Church Health principles.  Thom and Melissa have 2 grown children, Hannah and Joshua who they are very proud of!
